There are hundreds of different products for acne. There are cleansers and creams, there are lotions and soap. Everywhere you look, on television, on the internet, you will find a million products. This one is an easy one, and something I wish I had known years ago. Vegetable oils (as found in cooking oils like sunflower oil) cause horrible acne. When I stopped eating vegetable oil my acne cleared up DRAMATICALLY in a matter of days.
There is no doubt as you know that the natural route to cure acne can take a little longer however that does not take away from its effectiveness. And there are always exceptions to this rule.
